Common Questions:
How can I determine if I have the most up-to-date forms? On each form, at the bottom left side of the page is a last revised date. You can compare this date with the version which is currently available from this site. Only applications marked with the correct year will be accepted.
Do I have to send the last page of the form in even if I do not need to fill out that page? Yes, you and your parent or guardian must sign and date that page, returning it with your completed application and supporting documents.
Application Deadline
Completed applications and supporting documents must be submitted to the Scholarship Committee by March 31st of each year. Applicants will be notified of the Committee's decision in June in writing.
